Home is more than a place. It is a feeling.

It is where a family grows, where you rest at the end of a long week, where the most ordinary days of your life become the ones you remember. For most people it is also the largest decision they will ever make. A decision like that deserves care.

Somewhere along the way, the journey to get there stopped feeling that way. I heard the same words again and again: I did not know where to start. I felt overwhelmed. Nothing felt personal. People were being asked to make the biggest choice of their lives with scattered information and guidance that never took the time to know them.

Agents were carrying a weight of their own. I once watched an agent open twelve browser tabs just to start her day. She could not remember half the logins, and every tab was another monthly bill. When I asked how many of those leads became clients, she said, “Very low, but it still pays for itself.” I have heard that answer hundreds of times since. Good, hardworking people had been taught that paying for tools that do not serve them is simply the cost of doing business.

Since 2022 I have had more than a thousand conversations with buyers, agents and brokerage owners. They were not sales calls. I listened. What I heard was not a demand for more technology. It was a longing for trust.

So that is what we set out to rebuild. Swipe Home exists to restore trust, dignity and honesty to the way people find home. Real homes, shown honestly, room by room. A search that learns what you love instead of asking you to explain it. Your details shared with one agent, and only when you choose. And for agents, buyers who arrive ready, with everything needed to serve them well in one place instead of twelve tabs.

We will treat buyers and agents as people to serve, never as data to sell. We will not trade truth or fairness for growth. And we will measure ourselves by one thing: whether the people who trusted us at one of the most important moments of their lives are better off because we were there.

Yes, Swipe Home is free for home buyers. Home Intelligence, the in-app research tools (smart alerts, Ask AI, home health, what-if costs and neighborhood data), is an optional subscription that is free for the first 1,000 buyers who join.

Which areas does Swipe Home cover?

Swipe Home covers Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties in South Florida, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Stuart and Port St. Lucie.

When does Swipe Home launch?

Swipe Home launches publicly on the App Store on December 1, 2026. You can join the early access list on swipehome.ai to be swiping before then.

Is Swipe Home on Android?

Swipe Home launches on iPhone first. There is no Android app yet.

Is my information sold to agents?

No. Your number is never sold. Nothing leaves the app until you decide, and then your details go to one agent, the one you chose or the one you were matched with, and to no one else.

Can I sell my home on Swipe Home?

Not in the app. Swipe Home launches as an app for home buyers, and there is no seller side in the app at launch. If you are thinking of selling in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties, the form at swipehome.ai/sell introduces you to a licensed local agent from Swipe Home's founding brokerage partner.

How do real estate agents get leads on Swipe Home?

Buyers choose to connect with an agent, one agent per buyer, with no bidding. The agent receives a Buyer Brief built from how the buyer actually searches: readiness, what they are drawn to, their top homes and conversation starters. Every agent's real estate license is verified: Florida licenses against state records, others by the Swipe Home team.

How much does Swipe Home cost for agents?

Agent plans are Standard at $199 a month (up to 5 active leads) and Executive at $299 a month (unlimited active leads, a 30-minute first look at new leads and the Agent Console on the web), or $1,791 and $2,691 a year. Founding agents who join before December 31, 2026 can use code LAUNCH50 for 50% off their first 3 months on a monthly plan. Agents sign up and pay at swipehome.ai/start.
