Filters tell you what is available. Swipe Home pays attention to what you actually respond to, so homes you would have filtered out by accident still find you, and homes that only look right on paper fall away.
It also changes the first conversation with an agent. Instead of starting from zero, your agent starts from what you have been looking at, so the first call is about the homes that matter.

Swipe Home launches publicly on the App Store on December 1, 2026. You can join the early access list on swipehome.ai to be swiping before then.
Is my information sold to agents?
No. Your number is never sold. Nothing leaves the app until you decide, and then your details go to one agent, the one you chose or the one you were matched with, and to no one else.
