What is Home Intelligence?

Swipe Home is free to download and free to use. Home Intelligence is the set of in-app research tools: smart alerts, Ask AI, home health, what-if costs and neighborhood data. It is free for the first 1,000 buyers who join, and there is nothing to buy in the app today.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Profile → Support → Delete Account, then type DELETE MY ACCOUNT to confirm. This permanently deletes your account and everything associated with it: saved homes, messages, conversations, swipe history, your preference profile, and billing records. It is not a deactivation and it cannot be undone. Agents: deleting your account also cancels your agent plan, so no further charges are made.

How do agent plans, cancellations and refunds work?

Agent plans are billed on the website through Stripe, never in the app. Change or cancel your plan anytime from your account; cancelling stops the next renewal and your access continues through the end of the current period. For a billing question or refund request, email us and a person will answer within one business day.

I’m an agent. How do I get verified?

Start at swipehome.ai/startwith your license number and issuing state. Florida licenses are checked against state license records and verified instantly when the number matches an active license, so enter it exactly as it reads on your license. Until you’re verified you cannot claim leads, receive buyer contact information, or message a buyer. If you believe your details are correct and verification still fails, a person will review it.

I’m licensed outside Florida.

Swipe Home currently serves South Florida. Licenses from other states go to manual review by our team; you can finish checkout once you’re approved.

Where do your listings come from?

Live MLS data, displayed under license. Every listing shows its listing brokerage and the time the data was last refreshed. We don’t create or edit listings.

Do I have to share my location?

No. Location is optional. We only read it when you tap the “center on me” control on the map, never in the background, and we use it to center the map and sort listings by distance. The app is fully functional if you decline.
